On Wednesday 2nd March we welcome our New Moon in Pisces, arriving in the UK at 17.34, earlier in the day for the states and on the 3rd March in certain time zones.
Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac and so our New Moon in Pisces delivers us the last lunar cycle of the astrological year. This is before we begin a new tour of the twelve zodiac signs and welcome the Aries New Moon in April.
Pisces new moon energy sings a soulful song. It allows us the space to wade into our dreams and to deep dive beyond the surface of our lives to our desires. It dares us to manifest our daydreams and calls our intuition to speak.
It beckons us to go inward, wind down and pause before the next astrological year begins. With this new moon we can investigate what is left, what is yearning, and what within us, or within our lives, needs our compassion before we begin again.
The skies are very busy this month and at the same time as the new moon, Pluto, Venus, and Mars are in alignment, bringing a sense of a heavier energy. However, our new moon is complemented and is benefitting from gorgeous Jupiterian beams of expansiveness, opportunity, and abundance, making it a hopeful new moon to set intentions with.
On 18th March the Full Moon in Virgo reminds us to take a breath and let go of things that do not serve us. This arrives just before the Equinox on 20th March and the start of a new astrological year as the sun moves into Aries. We may wish to zoom out, take stock and ask where the energy in our lives needs to feel more balanced as the seasons change.
An active lunar cycle is calling. I believe finding and focusing on the light within can help us to navigate it.
With lunar blessings and much love,
